Case Study

Greenwich School District-On-Call Architectural Services

Six years of on-call services to the Town of Greenwich included district-wide Existing Conditions Surveys for one (1) High School, three (3) Middle Schools, and eleven (11) Elementary Schools. The result of this study was a comprehensive existing conditions report for each school, and a 10-year strategic capital plan to address deficiencies outlined in the Existing Conditions Surveys.

The scope included capital projects for every school in the District including, +/-75% of the Districts roofs, two complete window replacements, multiple bathroom renovations, gymnasium/ locker reconstruction, boiler plants and heating systems, theatrical lighting, site improvements, space and utilization feasibility studies, and restoration of the Districts Observatory.
