Efficiently maintaining and servicing non-profit and institutional properties can be complicated. Geddis Architects’ On-Call Service Program works on a flexible, contractual agreement and offers a complete scope of maintenance support from preventative and routine maintenance to more complex capital improvements. Geddis Architects has provided such On-Call Services to two towns in Connecticut, as well as new assignments for the State of Connecticut and the State of New York DASNY.
